Key Responsibilities: |
The channel account manager can broadly be classified in to the following areas:
- Managing existing partners and maintaining operations
- Channel business development & recruitment of new partners
- Market analysis, research and strategy.

Operations: |
| Operations focus on supporting the day-to-day activities of the channel partners. This involves providing partners with all the necessary information, product training, sales support and liaising with the technical department to provide technical support. Operations also include working with the marketing department to ensure partners are getting all the necessary marketing support as per their program benefits. |
Business development & partner recruitment: |
| Business development focuses on recruiting new partners, expanding the channel network and work closely with the marketing department to generate new partner leads. Targets include generating recurring revenue with business partners to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. |
Market analysis, research & strategy: |
| Research focuses on researching new target segments, countries, technology, market research, competitor’s partner programs, and industry leader’s partner program. Intern positions for fresh college-graduates are also available. |

| 1 - 3 years |
Other Considerations: |
- Fluency with the internet is a must, good working skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge is a plus.
- UAE Drivers License and Car is a plus
