General Description: |
Ideal candidate should be:
- Energetic, well presented and possesses an understanding of general real estate concepts and strategy.
- Team player with excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
- Combination of competence, business skills and sales abilities.
- Willing to take direction while remaining, while being self motivated and ready to take the initiative.
- Great fluency with the internet is a must, good working skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge is a plus.
- Willing to learn and to grow. Job has extremely good prospects for growth.
- Should possess a UAE Drivers License and Car

Key Responsibilities: |
Presentations: To Directors and General Managers of prospective clients.
Closing: Finalising and concluding contracts with prospective clients.
Exhibitions: Attending/Exhibiting in relevant exhibitions/shows.
Client Relations: Monitoring client relations of assigned accounts.
Training: Conducting training of client staff when needed.
Setup: Assisting in setup of MK software and checking data in advance.
Reporting: Weekly report to operations manager on activity. |
Education Requirements: |
| University Degree in Business or Computer Science related field. |
Work Experience Requirements: |
| Minimum of 3 years sales experience |
Other Considerations: |
Valid UAE Driving license & Car Knowledge & Understanding of Real Estate market Excellent English & Conversational Arabic |
