General Description: |
- Energetic, motivated, possesses an understanding of general real estate concepts and strategy with outstanding presentation skills.
- Team player with excellent English and Arabic communication skills both oral and written
- Combination of competence, business skills and support abilities.
- Detail Oriented and willing to take direction while remaining, while being self motivated and ready to take the initiative.
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge is a must. Adobe Suite of products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: |
- Acts as the client contact
- Provides phone and email support to clients
- Responsible for case creation and tracking for client reported errors
- Manages and reviews the requirement specifications submitted by clients
- Carries out high level analysis of the requirements to determine if the requested change/new functionality can be achieved
- Provides status updates to clients
- Manages the issues/requests pertaining to the project and escalates these issues to the relevant member of the project, where necessary
- Responsible for tracking, managing and verifying completion of issues assigned to him/her; and reporting their status to the client

Education Requirements: |
| University Degree, preferably in IT |
Work Experience Requirements: |
- Must have at least 2 years experience in providing customer support for an enterprise and or SME level application
|
Other Considerations: |
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic & English
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
|
