Masterkey has partnered with RERA to provide added efficiency and clarity to the process to make it quicker and easier for you, the client. As we speak, Masterkey is integrating with RERA's system which will allow users to register every property electronically, with tracking approval from RERA executed inside the Masterkey application. When submitting a tenancy contract, Masterkey will generate the RERA tenancy contract and RERA receipts directly. All you have to do is hit “Print.?/div>

Every landlord/property management company will register properties with RERA and populate the property data into Ejari through Masterkey by exporting properties directly from the application, individually or in bulk, with the click of a button.

Once every property is registered with RERA, a representative must take ALL documents to RERA for approval for every property uploaded relating to:
a. Landlord information
b. Property information: municipality details/approvals
c. Proof of an agreement between landlord and property management company (if applicable and not direct)

After a manual review/audit of the above documents, property numbers/IDs are assigned to every registered property becomes “approved?and leasable. The property approved numbers and leasable status are relayed instaneoulsy to Masterkey and display directly on the property unit file.

With Masterkey, each time a lease transaction is completed, the tenancy details are relayed to RERA, while the standardized RERA-approved tenancy contract details are retrieved from RERA. The official tenancy contract becomes available for print directly through Masterkey with the unique tenancy contract number and the property number printed on it.
